Happy Valentine's Day

Today is of course Valentine's Day, so I decided to get my act together and start riding in the morning again.   I got up reasonably early and went out for a ride, with a bit of a sore throat, and I finished the day with a full blown cold.  Thanks to my coworkers who keep coming into work sick.
